Depends. Hispanics are a mix of White, Native American, and Black (also Arab and Asian in some cases, such as Shakira, Salma Hayek, Carlos Slim, and Alberto Fujimori). Generally, the more White, the higher the class...not a value judgment, but rather a statistic.
