I thought this country was steeped in systemic racism. Wouldn't this destroy minority-owned business?

I don’t know...possibly. If some of the bigger name-brands that don’t qualify for the sticker get pissed and pull their products from the shelves, I could see that leading to people shopping at other places to get what they’re looking for. This would hurt the minority owned suppliers if they don’t have deals with the larger grocers.
