So they keep the sound really low and watch it when I'm not around. And when I catch them, they will jump and quickly grab the remote control and change it to the hallmark channel. And say things in a panic a long the lines of "oh i don't know how that got on there" or "we weren't actually watching it".

Apple Tv. there's an app for Fox News and OAN, just install both and slowly make them watch the OAN here and there... then one day when OAN is King, just delete Fox App because between me and you, no one will be using it anymore.

At that point, hiding something as innocent as watching tv (albeit watching total garbage) from your own family members, I think things may be going too far.

Turn them on to Real America's Voice. They have their own app and are also on PlutoTV. They have Steve Bannon's War Room among some other good shows including Just The News.
