We need to have a public list here we can refer to. I honestly lose track of all the companies on the enemies list.

It's basically every single company in America. But you're right: we need a dot win site to organize boycotts of compromised companies as well as support for the few patriotic organizations left.

Sadly, TheRightBoycott never got much traction and was hopelessly out of date by the time "basically every single company in America" (not snark quotes, just repeating) decided on Small Businesses Won't Matter as a write-off.

Make sure to include the names of the top shareholders in that list.

That is an exhaustive list. I bookmarked it. Not sure I would include companies that temporarily bowed to pressure and dabbled in wokeness. I would definitely include companies like Loews that directly targeted MAGA. While I don't think what OneAngryGamer did was illegal, he was probably kicked by whoever was hosting him. He entered into a sketchy area by branding companies he disagreed with as a traitors. It could potentially be construed as defamatory. Now, just having a list of companies with their objectionable actions n (without adding a slur) is unequivocally legal. Given Cloudfare has taken a brave and public stance regarding speech, I don't think they would give us a hard time for having a list of our own.

I wonder if such a list here could have legal actions against the site. I'm not a lawyer and don't know the answer to this.

I don't see how it could possibly be illegal. Just a list of companies and actions they took to lose favor with us.
