I would definitely include companies like Loews that directly targeted MAGA. While I don't think what OneAngryGamer did was illegal, he was probably kicked by whoever was hosting him. He entered into a sketchy area by branding companies he disagreed with as a traitors. It could potentially be construed as defamatory. Now, just having a list of companies with their objectionable actions n (without adding a slur) is unequivocally legal. Given Cloudfare has taken a brave and public stance regarding speech, I don't think they would give us a hard time for having a list of our own.
