Republicans are the worst. They never stick together. They had a super popular, beloved guy leading the party (TRUMP) and had they all rallied together with Trump they would have done great things, improved their own careers and kept this country on the right path. Instead, they always cuck out and blow it. Every. Single. Time.
Exactly. There's nothing they love better than the old "circular firing squad." They just go after their own, without even waiting for facts to make sure the media narrative is even accurate.
We can see this now with President Trump. He's been stabbed in the back by everyone in DC, he's got Congress, the judiciary, the media, even military leaders lying to him and refusing to do their jobs. But since he wasn't able to drain the entire swamp all by himself, and because he can't order the military (who have disobeyed his orders in the past) to do something, there are "supporters" who are ready to stick another knife in his back. That'll really be a lesson to anyone else wanting to do the right thing in government.
It blows my mind that they laughed at the DoD straight up lying to the President about troop numbers. The muh norms crowd has no regard for any actual norms
