Who's enforcing this? Maybe Trump calls on the military to act, but aside from that there is no government body that's actually enforcing the constitution, the SC can't even be bothered to here the evedince on a potential breach of the constitution. The left has successfully taken enough of the government and public infosphere to use propaganda, intimidation, cheating, ect to push their agenda while making sure anyone who tries to go after them for their crimes is constantly interfered with, has their livelihood threatened and at times ruined, and loses their ability to reach the masses. The fight to bring them and their corrupt racket down and wrestle our liberties and taxes back from has only just begun. Trump forced them to throw caution into the wind and expose themselves in their attempts to stop Trump from bringing them down and stop him from getting a 2nd term. Regardless of who is inaugurated on the 20th we have to spend the next decade+ chipping away at their control over various government positions by obtaining those positions ourselves, by finacial disengaging the current tech and media monopolies, and by throwing court case after court case at our judicial system to force our them to get out of our personal life's and get our freedom back by making sure the constitution is enforced as its is actually written Regardless of what absurd interpretation the SC previously forced on us.

Until we force these people out of power and reestablish the constitution as the law the government must abide and reshape our courts so we can actually hold the government to it we shouldn't expect them to bother following the constitution
