In one of the Kraken cases an affidavit claimed turnout figures were over 100%, unknown how the affiant came to that conclusion. Official sources don't show it, nor would you expect them to because if state officials had seen this data they would've either not certified the election, or assuming they're in on it, purged the information from public view.

The most likely scenario is that the affiant was simply wrong due to using outdated voter registration data.
