He's revamping the command chains of the military, forcing NSA Counsels to move aside for his appointees, etc. all in the literal last days of his only term. And Pompeo certainly is stirring the AntiCCP pot like crazy these past few days. So have other agencies. This is prepping the battlefield.
And the Dems are nervous as hell. They're caught between Chinese Kompromat and fear of Trump's Evidence. He already, like the Rat, offered them a way out of "Shaky Ground", but they refused.
