He was a user and a thief in life, but that doesn't mean it's humane to have him be a puppet. I may not like this man, but I really don't want to see his shell get trotted around and forced to put on a show. Granted, he chose to live a life of corruption and now his party is cannibalizing him because they're all showing their evils. It's ok that you feel empathy towards him - watching him like his feels wrong because it is.
