I can say the same thing. That vacant stare that conveys “I don’t know what is happening”. God help America. I’d like to see Biden do a PUBLIC event for an hour, without a TelePrompTer. Have it start at 7 p.m. It would open the eyes of those people who think this is the same Biden of 4 years ago.
