Nobody has been indicted under the Logan act in over 160 years, and nobody has ever been convicted under it.

P.S. Flynn's core problem was being on Erdogan's lobbying payroll. Literally. EDIT: Also not being smart enough to STFU and lawyer up when the FBI stops by.
