Presidential Alerts setting on my Samsung Galaxy S20 has been updated so that it CAN'T be turned off. Anyone else seeing this on their phones?

the FCC just reminded all the big media companies that they have a legal obligation to broadcast anything that comes over the federal emergency alert system
You guys never looked at the setting before. I looked at it a few years ago. Same result. Presidential alerts toggle off has been disabled for a long time.

My phone won't even load my emergency alert settings for two days now...
I haven't updated, been holding off on it because I was worried it would shut it off. Now I'm tempted to update.
