Absolutely man, I totally agree with you, he showed no remorse, lied through his teeth, was arrogant as hell and ended up hurting a lot of people around him. Sure he is one of the greats but there has to be a price to pay for betrayal and betting against his own team would definitely be included in the definition of betrayal.

It's actually not, it's "permanent ineligibility". He's banned in perpetuity, as Shoeless Joe was (although that was a genuine tragedy).
