I'd like to think we're different, and the Constitution keeps us from making the same mistakes... but the Democrats don't give shit, and are always overreaching in their search for power.
There’s a quote from a famous historical figure this reminded me of. I believe it was Alexis de Tocqueville(sp?)? Correct me if I’m wrong. “America is great because America is good, if America ever ceases to be good, it will cease to be great.”
My friend and I did a high school project where we deep dived into the history of empires and looked at their rises and falls, and we charted out how much longer the US had. We concluded that if nothing radical changed, the United States had 20 years left.
The US Constitution will live on and spread. There's no putting that back into the bottle.
The country may die but humans can not go back to when we had no concept of free will and individual liberty. That's why they try so hard to kill America and Christianity. Those philosophies have to be erased from humanity to maintain the slave class.
That's kind of short. In the three kingdom period of the ancient Korea, the kingdom of Shinra lasted over 900 years, and other two kingdoms about 600 years each. The successive kingdoms after them lasted about 500 years each.
I know that in Japan, the emperor dynasty have been in position for about two millennia, but I am not sure if that can be actually called a 2000-year empire, because I heard that that there were periods when the emperors were just in-name only.

Sadly the constitution only works long-term for moral and just people. Dems and Doomers suck.

The Constitution is only as strong as the people upholding it.
Anyone who's done a group project in school knows it's a miracle society works at all.

We wrote that in 2001.

We must transcend to dynasty level!
Edit to add:
Trump dynasty has a nice ring
Right on time!
... Franklin spoke about this. Been telling y'all about it too!
Almost the time to challenge gods.
We've technically been a civilization before the Declaration of Independence. We've been here in the US for over 400 years.
Hey, we got 5 years still! If Trump gets back in, he can fix it.
American Exceptionalism still in play.

Except for the hundreds of other countries that are much, much older.
What part of “average” do you not understand?
