5 Congressional changes that would resolve most of the problems we are having.

  1. BAN D.C. Lobbying completely (All legislative requests have to go through respective state house/senators, then up to that states US house/senate member while they are IN STATE. Contacting US Congress members while they are in DC is illegal and carries death sentence)

  2. Vote on Paper (all paper, all public, data open to all public online viewing as they count, live audit for public viewers)

  3. US House/Senate members must write their OWN bills that originate from their home states (no more DC K-street lawyers selling bills for kickbacks in DC. Ensures state issues are listened to and pushed up thru state congress to their US congress reps)

  4. For legislation support, company/individual bill requests must be submitted through HOME state of that companies HQ or that person's home of record. (no more favorite politician that pushes everything for kickbacks)

  5. TERM LIMITS (House/Senate serve three 3 year terms max in either. Total US congress maximum years allowed 12 years max combined terms if held office in both House/Senate)

Got room to work in “line item Veto?” put a cap on the % to force prioritizing of essential vs BS.
