Can’t try an election case of there was no election.

I really question the manner in which the evidence was presented.

If it was anything at all like Powells Kraken lawsuit (which was TERRIBLY WRITTEN), its no shock to me that it was thrown out.

I would prefer an investigation into the lawyers that were pursuing these lawsuits on behalf of Trump, something is mighty fishy.

I agree, if nothing is going to be done and they are going to stop pursuing the cases, then they should drop what they had so at least the court of public opinion can judge the evidence.

The principle problem is that no one wanted to be seen as invalidating any votes. If evidence was actually presented and held up to constitutional and election law, then ballots would be seen to be unlawful, which would mean the legally correct course of action would be to throw them out. This would have been described as disenfranchising minority voters, despite the obvious truth that illegal voters disenfranchised the legal ones.

So, you can end up with 150 percent voter turnout somewhere, an obvious case of fraud, and no one wants to be the guy who tosses out any illegal votes. The number of "anomalies" in the mail-ins was staggering. Huge blocks of votes coming in with the same initials written as the required signature, and no one checking the signatures as required by law. Tens of thousands of voters dead or no longer living in the state counted. Ballots received after the legally destinated times (and unlawfully allowing some people to submit ballots later than others), only after the necessary margin of votes had already been determined.

Still, the people who signed up to run the elections or provide oversight were either in on it, or unwilling to stop it, all the way up to our craven, treasonous Supreme Court.

You will never win an election through the courts. Trump had an opportunity with his EO's to use the insurrection act and have the votes audited or even a new election but he didnt. He still can but I doubt it's going to happen
