You will have what the government considers a living wage but there probably won't be much in terms of class mobility. There will be massive job loss in the fossil fuel and aviation industry. Farmers will probably also be "encouraged" to give up land for green space. Your race will likely dictate whether you are even allowed to own land in the first place.
