Your enemy would sign up for your email list. Once you start sending out emails, they flag those they receive as spam. If your emails are flagged as spam as a sender, you are cut off. The amount of spam flagging to do this is miniscule. 1 email per 1000. It's brutal.
Retaliation is just as easy. Make some email accounts, sign up for their pro-abortion emails, then flag them as spam. Ideally, you want to use a email vendor that will send the spam flags back up to the email processor. Yahoo, hotmail, those are good ones. gmail doesn't send the flagging back, so don't bother with gmail accounts.
If you really want to retaliate, you would make a bot to sign up to all their leftwing news letters en masse to do this. Another protip. Let them send a few emails and then flag all received messages at once. That way you can do extra damage with a single account.
