Trump did order them. The Dems requested it and Trump approved. It looks like Nancy requested Pence to do it, and initially he might have sent the request, but then President Trump did it the right way.
FEMA has the authority.
Chris Miller ordered the NG. He is the Secretary of Defense he replaced Esper after the election. Trump appointed him. He is a Patriot. Things are not what they seem.

Are you implying that because he thanked Pence, he is somehow a traitor and not a Patriot? I understand that sentiment, but I believe that since he (Miller) was appointed after the election it could only mean one thing. He is there specifically to call NG. This makes it so Trump is not the reason the NG is there. Now the Dems think it is a good idea to have 20K troops in DC. With the razor wire on the inside of the fence. To keep people inside. These are just some small things I have put together over the last few days. I just want to end with this thought. What about Trump has ever lead you to believe he would just quit in the end? When we need him the most he throws us to the wolves? He knows what the Traitorous Dems have planned for America. The context in which he thanked him, right before he certified the election for China Joe, certainly makes it seem like they are in league together. Also, the razor wire being setup to hold people in seems to be fake news.
I can see the fence for myself. The razor wire is on the inside. Does this mean what I hope? Maybe but we will find out soon enough. As for Chris Miller, I do not know enough about him to say one way or another, but he was appointed by Trump after the election. Hopefully this was a strategic move.
