I confirmed with a datacenter pede that he’s not able to access via an L3 direct fiber run to backbone. It’s definitely not carrier based blocking. I confirmed with a datacenter pede that he’s not able to access via an L3 direct fiber run to backbone. I just confirmed that with a Japanese and Swedish VPN I am unable to access as well.
