Because Trump doesn't have the same disease of the left. The regime change disease.

For example Trump doesn't care if Assad remains in power as long as the bloodshed and madness stops. Trump doesn't care if Kim stays in power as long as the situation improves.

A Biden regime will actively make the situations worse in Syria and North Korea to support their call for regime change. If you look at what they've been doing to Trump these are not good people and you can imagine the kind of enormous threat they pose to foreign leaders as well.

The problem is with this is that they're taking increasingly more risks.

War in Syria or North Korea would be like China attacking Taiwan or Russia attacking a NATO country. It's a very risky business that can quickly spiral into World War 3.

For all the US military might and the damage it can do the damage it would also receive would be huge. The elites may see much of the world as expendable when it comes down to it.

They make a lot of really stupid social arguments like that Russia or China wouldn't dare go to war if they used a nuke the whole international community would turn on them and they don't seem to understand that Russia has the capacity to destroy a very large proportion of the world and do far more damage than can be done to it.

The kind of foreign policy Biden is pursuing is also making the case for Russia and China to start expanding their arsenals significantly since his strategy is to threaten them with the conventional military might and projection power of NATO.

The threat of nuclear Armageddon brings peace until people forget about it.

I agree as far as the elites not giving a shit. Short sighted greed. It doesn’t matter to the defense contractors who donate who make money from all sides. I also think the rhetoric is a bit frightening. POTUS Trump had a very good way of navigating this shit. The motherfucker walked into North Korea. He knew if one Middle East country signed a deal others would follow. For all his bravado against Iran and NK early, his approach has been a good mix of projecting military and economic power with peaceful negotiations. I still find it unfortunate what the Dems have done to our relations with Russia. They would be a good ally to combat the continued aggression of China, but the way things have moved in the last four years has probably pushed those two countries even closer despite backhanded comments by China about Russian territory that was historically chinese such as Vladivostok.
