Can a company or organization be charged with crimes against humanity or treason? I'm assuming they can. If correct, wouldn't the DNC and the RNC be guilty of at least treason? I'm thinking this is why we are being told about the new party. The DNC and RNC will cease to exist because they will forfeit all assets including money and real estate.

If this is the end of the two party system then there is no better time than to make political parties illegal. It provides structure for corruption and a lack of accountability for the politicians while allowing the people to not know who represents them as long as they're "on the right team"
But if there's only one party, is that similar if not the same? To me, if a party can have standards and morals and be held accountable for those things, wouldn't we want to know the individuals who represent that? Don't get me wrong, we do not have that currently. But after both parties are found guilty of treason, people will much less likely to commit crimes knowing law and order is restored. Isn't that one of whole ideas of what's happening?
Hopefully, that's what is happening. I mean so many factors would change the system for the better but with political parties one issue will always remain, people will look at the issues as members of a team. The team needs will come first not the constituents. Much easier to vote for baseless impeachment when the head of the DNC is ordering you to do it. Right I agree that division destroys. Try and understand how that changes with a 1 party system. Its literally saying there is no team. It will create actual debate w/o self interest for party because there's only one.
I agree one party would be worse but I'm saying no parties. If your argument is a one party system could form secretly, than I concede that as a very possible outcome but also that isn't really any different than what we have
