Can a company or organization be charged with crimes against humanity or treason? I'm assuming they can. If correct, wouldn't the DNC and the RNC be guilty of at least treason? I'm thinking this is why we are being told about the new party. The DNC and RNC will cease to exist because they will forfeit all assets including money and real estate.

I agree one party would be worse but I'm saying no parties. If your argument is a one party system could form secretly, than I concede that as a very possible outcome but also that isn't really any different than what we have
