To be fair. Our Nation Founders DID try all the legal ways to resolve the issue. Court proceedings are not as sexy as war, History class wise. But they Tried for a long time to do it the "right" way. And after Every attempt of redress was ignored. That left the founders with NO further options and they went to the musket.
