Yep. And that's part of why the commies & corrupt have so many unlawful laws on the books; because they then can (selectively) charge their political opposition/the people trying to stop them(the commies & corrupt) who are committing (real) crimes.

But the redpill is, perjury is only a judicial branch power. The other two branches do not get this power in the Constitution (as per the 3 vesting clauses).
