Does this seem like something Deplorables would do? Because it sure doesn't seem like it. It seems like something cucks would do to make patriots look bad. IIRC there was a debunking posted here saying it was just algae. But I can't find it now. If it happened, regardless of who did it, I'm going to be really angry. I love the manatees and watch them from my balcony all the time. Sweet creatures.
