Barack Obama also took this oath, it means nothing now. There is no plan, Trump already conceded to Joe Biden and has spoken repeatedly about the incoming Biden Administration. Hell, even the staff are packing up. There's literally no constitutional route that President Trump can use to stay in power, all he could do is Directive 51, but he doesn't have the will to do it- if he did, he would have already done it.
