Joint Chiefs are just advisors to the president. The military chain of command is President to Sec of Defense to the heads of the various military branches. Joint chiefs are not in the chain of command regarding carrying out military operations.

Those troops in DC would never follow an order Trump gave at this point. They are there for the deep state and it's treasonous new installed government.
