I want to link the mp4 video in this link (https://gab.com/friar_luck/posts/105571741975767440) without linking the actual post.

This is what I want the link to look like:

https://media.gab.com/system/media_attachments/files/061/893/569/original/438445221f442b85.mp4

If I can link to just the source video and not the post I can ditch streamable

Why not link to Gab? If they're going to be a video host, the least you can do is give the site traffic so that perhaps others might want to join. This is the same behavior Twitter has for videos, after all.

That said, you can get at the video if you really want. On a desktop browser, just right click and inspect the element. You'll see a link to the video like this: https://media.gab.com/system/media_attachments/files/062/218/244/original/8d2f71eccff885c9.mp4

EDIT: Another option is to use https://tv.gab.com/

Thank you for this. If you right click the video after playing you can open in new tab which will give the media link.

Edit: in desktop

I didn't see that option until I hit play. But then when I did, I also had an option to copy a link to the video. So I learned something new! :)

I'm using Microsoft Edge, so I'm not sure if that is available in other browsers.
