They made DC because state militia took the government hostage before; during the Revolution. Pennsylvania militia surrounded Philly and held the founders and government hostage. Trump is in charge
He has direct command of the NG and the USMC, both activated and in DC. If they’re told to make constitutional arrests, say, for treason, then they do that. He can go around their Chiefs and Generals and just do it himself.
