I think the entire state is best. Once we get control of our government, we can reform welfare and illegals and people that don't produce will go to socialist shithole states. We make room for the incoming people that want to work and build. This can happen in a matter of a few years.
Mississippi here. This is correct. You don't want the MS Delta, directly south of Memphis along the river down to about the halfway point of the state. it is solid blue, and the race relations down there have never gotten past the 60's.
The overwhelming majority of Alabama and Tennessee are red, save for a very few sad blue pockets. Believe me, we don't want their communism here either.
