The real question is why 12% of black Americans nationwide voted for Trump, but in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Atlanta that number was only 2-3%, even though demographically similar cities like Cleveland, Cincinnati, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville were in line with the national average. Naturally the propagandists ignore that and try to deflect.
Biden underperformed Hillary and Obama in every single urban area with the exception of Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. All the places where voting was put on hold only to start again in the middle of the night without poll watchers. Many wards in those cities had over 100% voter turn out, some over 200%.
So yes, in these four cities a 78 year old white career politician who's main claim to fame is the 1993 crime bill that resulted in massive minority incarceration is just WILDLY popular with the black community.
