pointing out bad ideas is the point. We can do so and that in and of itself be helpful. but what you could offer is saying I think this is wrong direction and we should concentrate on other activities.
Not everyone has a solution at the moment they see a bad idea.
It's just silly to suggest this be a rule. It's not realistic, it's not how life works, and it's not going to be adopted anyway.

I propose as a solution: continue doing or saying whatever if you want without regard to this proposal. :)
