The relevant portion of THAT rule, which does ABSOLUTELY trump Twitter's lil'fuckin' ToS, says (more or less) that Twitter becomes responsible for ALL third-party content published on their site when they decide to use "rules" to EDIT the content of others. According to the CDA (our NATION'S terms of service), Twitter can't have its cake and eat it too; they must DECIDE whether they want to be EDITORS or a "public free speech forum": they MAY NOT attempt to skirt both roles.
