If your only plan is to confiscate all ammo from 25k troops which are somehow are disloyal but their commanders are for some reason all loyal to you, I'm afraid this plan might... backfire.
Wonder what's in those pouches hanging from their belts? Not National Guard... But I've only worn those style belts on top of my uniform to hold things such as extra ammo, radio, OC-Spray, and collapsible batons. 9mm and M16 ammo pouches right on it.
