It’s not provisional, it’s fema.... the federal government still exist but they will be locked out of their offices in dc.... their real offices are in their states!
I think it’s going to be very bland, we won’t even know what’s happening until it’s over. I think we will watch Biden put his hand on the Bible and take the oath. I don’t think it will mean anything....
