Gab is hosted by Epik which is Washington state based and use their own server hardware. They've had downtime prior when using other hosts that abruptly booted them, which is no longer a problem with Epik standing firm with Gab. Rumble, I do not know top of mind, but I do know they've proven the best current alternative to YouTube
