The people working at these places are the reason I stopped going the few times a year I did when I had no other options. Now I just deal with being hungry instead of having the wrong order every time. When "no mayo, please" is too hard for someone to follow through on I don't care that your job is being phased out because you were incapable of doing that job correctly in the first place.
We have an automated Wendy's in Madison. Nobody goes there. It's too creepy and we believe in people, not machines.
