I'm totally OK with this. McDonald's was NEVER meant to be a career it was meant to be a starter job for teenagers. Every McDonald's I've been to in years it's always middle aged Mexican or Guatemalans running it. 30 years ago it was all teenagers with an adult manager.
The ones around here are filled with middle age white people working all of the positions, who complain about how bad corporations are because they've been working there 20 years and still only making $8 an hour.
Did they ever think that if they've been working for 20+ years and still making minimum wage, that it's THEIR fault and not the "systems" fault?
$15 an hour will make prices of things double and make people unemployed, and those who are working, will have so much taken out in taxes, that they won't be able to afford to jacked up prices and they'll be worse off than they are now. They won't be able to even afford current prices.
Closing down businesses with a $15 MW is part of the dems plans to collapse the economy before the China virus. Now they have China virus it's making that much much easier.
