Pedes I need a little help with a project I’m working on. I’m looking to see what concretely qualifies a republican representative as a RINO in your opinion. Any opinions are welcome on the subject matter and are greatly appreciated.

It is a Republican In Name Only. Essentially an establishment republican. They will side with the democrats often and really don't have "conservative" stances. They often have left wing donors (ie. John McCain)
