This is the State Capital police officer that was dragged into the crowd on that Capital "siege" incident. I just can't shake the feeling that I have seen this guy's face before. I have seen him somewhere else. Do any.of you recognize him? Let me know if you can spot him in old footage or pictures. I have a feeling that I can't shake.
