Disrupting government business
Disorderly conduct
Assault on an officer <-----Most serious charge on the list.
Unlawful entry
Curfew Violation <-------Most of the charges are this!
Theft of government property
Picketing the US Capitol <-----How this is a crime I couldn't tell you.
If all they're being charged with is trespassing, they would have a very good case if they just show the video of being let in by the guards.
And if someone was one of the first in they could make the argument the crowd was pushing them.... one person was trampled to death that day.
Trespassing? Capitol is owned by “We the people”.

I'm glad. Not ruining their lives seems to be a actual olive branch / move to unity.
