The Nazis were “duly elected lawmakers” and “just following orders” was not an acceptable defense for the SS. The cops take an oath to defend the constitution before anything else.

It doesn’t matter if some DA says the cops need to go and confiscate the guns of people lawfully defending their life and property. (Like what happened to the McCloskeys) It’s not a lawful order because the 2nd amendment says that right SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

If a cop wants to take orders from “duly elected officials” at the expense of the constitution, then fuck them.

If some duly elected lawmaker makes a law that everyone who posts on this website needs to be rounded up and their entire family killed, are you still going to support the pieces of shit that show up at your door to enforce that law?

Oh, good one. Have you been in a coma since mid-2016 or something? Try using that one on a leftist these days and they’ll just call you a Nazi and laugh you off the internet.

Bringing up the Nazis is never more relevant than when talking about people “just following orders”

I'm not using it on a lefty. I'm using on a conservative that seems to think Nuremberg Trials were some sort of criminal judicial proceeding based on the U.S. Constitution.

I have news for you, you historically illiterate creature, "following orders" and "following policy" is 100% accepted as a defense by all government employees including teachers, cops, bureaucrats and capital pages by virtually every single court in the United States of America. In fact, not following orders can lead to criminal prosecutions. But you just rely on the tiniest shred of credibility from a 80 year old defense by commanding officers in the largest adjudicated mass murder in history while being tried in makeshift court by the winners of the most devastating and bloody war in all of human history, because that's totally what regularly happens in a city of a quarter million on daily basis.

Yeah, yeah. Just make sure you give up all of your guns when they come around then, you little bitch, and I’ll do me.
