This is what I keep thinking too. Other NG are mobilizing in the cities, wouldn't need that for Trump supporters. The entire administration was too busy this week for people who aren't suppose to be there the end of next. Testing the EMS wouldn't have been needed. Too many things going on to assume Trump is just giving up and retreating from an election he won; especially if he has evidence that everyone is compromised or even the evidence from Dominion and Italy, etc.
