Infirmary? Kitchens? Broadcasting system? Sleeping quarters? Guard facilities? All that makes sense but where is the proof of courtrooms? First time I'm reading courtrooms. And there are plenty of photos that prove that the fence/wall is setup to keep people out not to keep people in. It's not a prison, it's more like a fort or castle. Don't misunderstand, I really wish Q was true, mass arrests, etc etc.
