We're in Pre-Holocaust/Genocide levels of othering. The populace is being conditioned to accept "whites" being subhuman and evil. Anything that takes the quality of "white" must be destroyed.

Very similar to pre-Holocaust Germany or pre-Genocide Rwanda in terms of propaganda. German newspapers printed pieces proclaiming Jews were subhuman, Hutu media outlets portrayed Tutsis as inherently evil and the cause of all problems. We're heading there.
