They're doing that for several reasons ... one of which is to associate the site with what the Deeps State keeps broadcasting ... the algorithms used then "prove" what they are propagating. There's more reasons, but this one bears out when you notice that on Youtube the confederate flag will come up in your recommended vids periodically. This is by design, it marks you as a "racist" with a scarlet letter, among other things. Anyways, same goes with what we are viewing here.
