I'm currently in an email chain with support. Being told that since I started my recurring donations in November that I have to go through the specific group to get a refund. Miraculously an email layer she was able to cancel my reoccurring payments because she has access to it. Now I'm demanding my most recent Dec 26th payment back due to clear and provable DONATION SOURCING FRAUD.
