I'm not sure if I see Russia jumping in later but sooner, though it's possible. China has been poking at Russia's sovereignty. Vladivostok is good recent example. Their diplomatic relations have been increasingly worsening.

Vladivostok? Isn't that on the border between China and Russia? What is China doing, are they trying to take it over?
